I’m trying something new today – a tarot card reading for everyone. The question will always be “What message can I share with everyone today?” I hope that it resonates with you and gives you something to think about for the week. *This post contains affiliate links.*
“And everywhere there was song and celebration”
This tarot card shows 3 women dancing in ecstasy in the wind and rain. They are splashing barefoot in a puddle with flowers in their hair. They are rejoicing, they are in community with one another and nature. They don’t care what they look like, if they’re dancing well, or if they’re getting dirty. There isn’t a worry about being perfect.
We sometimes imagine that we can have control over everything and everyone. We look for perfection in ourselves or in others. That doesn’t allow for room to make mistakes or offer the space to fail.
When we are so focused on getting everything right, we can miss opportunities that may even be better, and, we certainly don’t have any time to dance barefoot in the rain. We will never be perfect, sorry to have to break it to you.
Strive to do well in your life, but punishing yourself when something slips is no way to enjoy life. Let’s be in joy.
What do you see in the picture, can you see yourself celebrating just because you are here? Each moment that comes to you is a chance to find the joy within, the celebration of your life.
